Minitab in process analysis and management

The  Minitab course  is aimed at getting familiar with the most commonly used software for process capability evaluation (SPC) and process improvement using the Six Sigma method.

  • Under the guidance of an experienced lecturer, participants apply the content mainly using  exercises and examples from practice.
  • Top lecturers  with experience and experts in their field.
  • High degree of satisfaction  of course participants .

The form of realization of the course is  face-to-face or online (or both forms) .
The working methods used in the training programs are chosen in such a way as to ensure interactivity, adapt the content to the needs of the participants and  prioritize the transfer of knowledge into practice .

  • Familiarize yourself with the most commonly used software for process capability assessment (SPC) and process improvement using the Six Sigma method.
  • Master the use of software and make time more efficient in the statistical processing of data and their evaluation. Using specific examples, show participants how the MINITAB® software can be effectively used when applying statistical control methods to their own processes.
  • The condition is mastery of basic statistical methods. Completion of SPC I, Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is recommended. Participants will work with the provided examples or can bring their own data.
