- Addressing selected challenging onboarding situations based on participants’ real experiences, with recommendations on how to respond (e.g., when the employee is demotivated, seems incapable, is surprised by a different type of work, or when colleagues speak negatively about the company, etc.)
The training will include experiential activities, role-play practice, and problem-solving based on real onboarding situations in production. Participants will also watch short FBE methodological video clips demonstrating both correct and incorrect approaches and communication during onboarding.
