The course Data-driven Problem Solving in Processes is practically oriented towards the systematic identification and resolution of process problems using statistical methods such as regression analysis, correlation, heatmaps, box plots, and Pareto analysis.
- Under the guidance of an experienced lecturer, participants apply the content mainly using exercises and examples from practice.
- Top lecturers with experience and experts in their field.
- High degree of satisfaction of course participants .
The form of realization of the course is face-to-face or online (or both forms) .
The working methods used in the training programs are chosen in such a way as to ensure interactivity, adapt the content to the needs of the participants and prioritize the transfer of knowledge into practice .
- Teach participants to systematically identify, analyze, and solve process problems using data-driven statistical methods.
- Strengthen participants’ ability to apply tools such as regression analysis, correlation, heatmaps, box plots, and Pareto analysis directly to real process data, thereby improving organizational performance.
Systematic Data-driven Problem-Solving Approach
- Setting objectives and conditions, selecting key parameters
- Data collection and choice of statistical methods (regression analysis, correlation, heatmap, box plot, Pareto)
- Formulating and testing hypotheses about problem causes
- Interpreting results and translating them into clear, practical recommendations
- Pilot application of selected methods and corrective measures
- Evaluation of effectiveness and corrective actions
- Assessment of qualitative and economic benefits, monitoring, and documentation of new procedures
- Case study on the implementation of statistical methods
- Team project solving a simulated problem, including preparation and presentation using MS PowerPoint templates
- Motivational systems to support the use of statistical methods and foster a data-driven culture
For course participants, we offer the possibility of subsequent application support in the form of individual consultation with a lecturer or in the form of workshops directly at the client.
