He has been working at FBE since 2013 as a consultant and trainer specializing in process management, statistical methods for process management, and manufacturing systems. He graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Illinois. He frequently leads projects in Germany and specializes not only in manufacturing companies but also in the service sector. He regularly promotes topics such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, and process improvement, for example, in the healthcare sector. He conducts training sessions and facilitates workshops in both German and English.
