This innovative tool, developed based on Dr. Stewart Desson’s research in psychology and psychometrics, represents a revolutionary approach to employee development. Unlike traditional methods, it does not place people into fixed categories, but offers an inclusive view of their strengths and areas for improvement. It allows people to understand the dynamics of their personality and why they may behave differently in different work situations. It also focuses on the characteristics and traits in the work environment.
