Zdenek has been working as an FBE lecturer since 2003. He leads training projects in the field of business skills, customer orientation of employees, marketing, motivation, time management and communication. He completed the educational program of the ITS management school, the training of Helfrecht Management System and the training of trainers of Hackland Browne&Associates in Canada. He also underwent internal FBE training. He has several years of practical experience in leading teams of traders.
