As an FBE lecturer, he has been specializing in managerial skills, communication, negotiation, teamwork, personal development, and team building with outdoor activities since 2008. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Comenius University in Bratislava. He completed education in psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy at Comenius University in Bratislava and an intensive 2-year training at the Virginia Satir Institute, as well as internationally certified training in business coaching (ICF). In the past, he worked as a research assistant at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Comenius University and the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. He also actively participated in sports as a head coach.
