As a corporate education trainer, she has been working for FBE Bratislava since 2002. She specializes in communication, facilitation, conflict prevention and resolution, management skills, performance appraisal interviews, change management, teamwork, customer orientation, and coaching. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Comenius University in Bratislava. She worked for 7 years at the international organization Partners for Democratic Change Slovakia – Center for Conflict Prevention and Resolution as a project manager and trainer. She is a member of SAKO and ICF. She has completed accredited coaching training, including advanced training such as Coaching Supervision (S. Wilson), and attended professional seminars such as “Working with Emotions” (D. Newby). She also underwent long-term training with V. Satoriva and obtained many other certifications and qualifications.
