Koloman is an experienced manager, expert, senior consultant, and external trainer at FBE in procurement. For over 25 years, he has worked in strategic sourcing for leading companies in finance, IT, and telecommunications (including Fiserv, Accenture, Dell, Orange, and Tatra banka). His expertise spans procurement strategy, cost optimization, digitalization, and the implementation of complex international sourcing projects. He graduated at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. He focuses on team development and leadership, with a talent for recognizing and nurturing people’s potential. His approach is defined by an ability to combine leadership with empathy.
