At FBE Bratislava, he serves as a Business Development Manager, consultant, and lecturer. He brings experience in the field of human resources development and management in both Slovakia and abroad. Since 2003, he has held management positions in HR management, and since 2007, he has been a member of an expert team with a mission for the strategic organizational transformation of Honeywell Corporation. In addition to his managerial experience, he also brings expertise in HR process design, organizational design, and the implementation of management systems based on Lean management principles. In these areas, he has completed international management and expert training and certified development programs.
