He leads the section of FBE Bratislava and FBE Prague that focuses on training and implementing methods for improving quality and process efficiency in Slovak and Czech companies. He previously worked as a manager in the field of management system implementation. He completed a course in CIM at DEC in Boston, USA, a Leadership Development Training program at Wheaton College, USA, and EFQM Assessor training in Brussels. During his stays in the USA, he worked on implementing process improvement tools in the service sector at companies such as Master Lube, Cadmus, and The Tides Inn.
