As a specialist consultant and lecturer at FBE, he specializes in management and sales skills, presentation and negotiation skills, and coaching. He graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Masaryk University in Brno. He completed the FBE development program as well as training at Akademie für Effizienztraining in Austria. He has collaborated on projects for upper and middle management, internal trainers, and internal coaches.
