Alexander Plencner

As a trainer at FBE, he has been active since 2011. He specializes in the areas of communication, customer orientation and CX, personal effectiveness and time management, mental flexibility and growth mindset, managerial skills, presentation skills, and trainer training. He is also the author of development programs, such as the international program for Marlink conducted in the USA, Europe, and Asia, or a program focused on CX for Tatra banka (for which he received the Top Supplier 2021 award in the CX category). He graduated from the Faculty of Mass Media Communication in Trnava and pursued doctoral studies in culturology at Comenius University in Bratislava. He is a co-founder of the Center for Media Literacy (IMEC) and served as the editor of the “Mediální studia” magazine for Slovakia. He has completed regular internal training at FBE for lecturers and the Next Level Consulting Skills training (Thompson McDaniel).
