FBE led projects in 26 countries. The fact that many of our clients are among the best in their groups/concerns has a significant share in this development. Headquarters then often demand the extension of best practice from our branches to foreign branches as well. This is also related to the creation of a separate FBE International division, which covers international projects led by FBE consultants outside the territory of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In recent years, FBE consultants and lecturers have implemented projects in English, German, Spanish, Russian, French, Hungarian and Romanian. The implementation of projects in the local language ensures not only the fulfillment of the requirements of company management, but also the identification and acquisition of so-called ownership by ordinary employees. In addition to smooth implementation, it also supports the sustainability of deployed solutions. That this approach works is also proven by the fact that for more than 10 international groups, FBE participates in projects in 3 or more countries.
