25 years of experience in the automotive industry in positions such as Process Engineer / Senior Specialist, TPM Animator, Lean & Process Manager, Continuous Improvement Leader, and HSE & Energy Manager. Extensive experience with processes in welding shops, paint shops, assembly, logistics, maintenance, facility and asset protection management, and administration.
Continuous improvement has been a core part of his professional career, from the implementation of methodologies at VW Slovakia (TPM, Teamwork, Visual Management, 5S, Standard Work, Line Balancing, VSM, Kaizen, Problem Solving, and others) to the current management of legislative and system requirements in the areas of HSE, Sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), Fire Protection, Occupational Safety, Energy Management, and Environmental Management.
He is an internal auditor of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 management systems. Within ISO 16949, he is responsible during IATF audits for management and improvement processes in the areas of Continuous Improvement and HSE & Energy.
