Kornel Lisý is a consultant and trainer focused on process optimization, digitalization, and change management in both manufacturing and non‑manufacturing organizations. He led a team responsible for implementing new electronic systems and supported product ramp‑up in serial production at a major automotive manufacturer. As a Process Planner, he worked on optimizing production flows, creating layouts, standardizing work, and managing technical and organizational changes. He has hands‑on experience with project management, team coordination, and setting process standards in large operations. He has also worked in logistics and education, which enables him to connect technical, process, and human aspects of organizational development. In his trainings, he uses an analytical approach, simple methods, and practical real‑world examples. Kornel holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the Slovak University of Technology (STU).
