Marianna graduated from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. She gained practical experience in companies of various fields – petrochemical, mechanical and aerospace. She completed training programs focused on Project management principles, Design Thinking, and management skills in the Leadership Connect program. She is a trainer in Lean, Six Sigma Project Management, Agile Principles, Agile Coaching, Maintenance Management, TPM, and SME.
