Employee satisfaction and positioning of the company on the labor market
The client is a company that manufactures equipment and technological units for the food industry. Located in Nitra, the company identified the potential threat of losing qualified workers and facing challenges in recruiting new employees due to the arrival of a new car manufacturer in the region, along with the ongoing expansion of their production.
At the client’s company, we conducted a series of workshops focused on creating a set of measures aimed at improving employee perception and satisfaction, as well as enhancing the company’s position in the job market.
The measures resulting from the workshops covered a range of areas: improving the work environment, adjusting the benefits system, strengthening internal communication about benefits and advantages of working in the company. Additionally, a communication strategy was prepared to enhance the company’s attractiveness as an employer in the region. Another element was the development program called “We Want to Be a Good Employer” for all levels of management, featuring practical and differentiated content. The aim of the development program was to bring the internal communication strategy to life and shift the managerial style to enhance the corporate culture.
