Dusan is the director of FBE Bratislava and FBE Prague and a methodology developer for training programs focused on management and sales. He is engaged in consulting and lecturing activities in the areas of management development, sales management, marketing, and leadership. He leads strategic workshops and, as a project manager responsible for cooperation with some clients, he designs development projects and training courses in the field of personal development of employees and management development. He completed the trainer training program of the British company NIFES Ltd. and specialized training programs of companies such as Business Resource Network, Inc. USA, Akademie fur Effizienztraining, Austria, and Hackland Browne & Associates, Canada.
