She is dedicated to lecturing primarily in the areas of communication, managerial skills, teamwork, assertiveness, conflict resolution, train-the-trainer programs, business skills, and customer orientation. She graduated from the Faculty of Education at Comenius University in Bratislava. She worked for seven years at the international organization Center for Prevention and Conflict Resolution – Partners for Democratic Change Slovakia as a project manager and trainer. She supplemented her professional education with two years of work in England, where she also obtained certification as a certified mediator. She completed training in AC and DC in Budapest, TA for managers, train-the-trainer programs, PDCS, as well as the internal development program of FBE.
