Ján is an experienced consultant and trainer at FBE, focusing on project and process management. He specialises in Lean Management, Six Sigma, risk analysis and process improvement. He helps companies streamline processes, identify improvement opportunities and use data to support decision-making and performance management.
He graduated in International Business from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna). His work combines knowledge of production systems with process improvement methods and statistical process control. He also focuses on the practical application of AI and digital tools, primarily in projects, as well as in education and training.
