As a professional lecturer, he has been working at FBE Bratislava since 2001. He is involved in development projects focused on managerial skills and leadership, business skills, creativity, analytical thinking, critical thinking, mental flexibility, time management, and meeting facilitation, among others. He collaborates in creating development program concepts and also provides individual coaching and shadowing. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Arts at Comenius University in Bratislava, specializing in psychology. He completed Leadership Development – Mentoring (Paul Stanley, D3), Coaching Training (individual coaching, group coaching totaling 56 hours), and the development program for internal lecturers at FBE Bratislava.
