She has been working as a trainer at FBE Bratislava since 1993. She deals with consultations and company projects focused on management skills, communication, assertiveness, presentation skills, trainer training and coaching. She is a graduate of FF UK in Bratislava, department of andragogy. She completed intensive training in the model of V. Satirová under the guidance of prof. W. Zahnda, Chicago University, USA, in short-term systematic therapy according to V. Satirová under the guidance of Dr. John Banmen, University of BC, Canada and training Supervision of coaches led by S. Wilson. She is a member of the Slovak Coaches Association and a member and certified ACC coach within the ICF – International Coach Federation.
